The Kedo Partners shared services model doesn't compromise on quality either. What it does do is reduce costs and provide scaleability. We will work with you to identify the mix of business services you need and build a bespoke offering that answers those needs. In short, we will help you grow your business, fast.
How?
The very best resourcers
We attract and retain the very best talent for our resourcing team. Our resourcers undergo intensive training in talent sourcing techniques and are able to utilise your database; a range of other online tools and undertake headhunting. They do much more than simply providing names including selling the opportunity, interviewing candidates and forwarding CVs.
Internal Recruitment
Want to be involved with the selection process? – that's fine! We take graduates on internships – and if they are good enough after their training – they stay. But the difference is that we take the risk and headache out of staff recruitment and our model gives an opportunity to trial recruiters with no long-term commitment on either side.
Significant savings in staffing costs
One of the biggest costs to any business is its staff. Because we have obtained significant EU funding for our shared services centre, we are able to employ high-quality graduates at a fraction of the cost of employing the same graduates in the UK. After intensive training they can be employed directly within the start up business, which will inevitably lead to a faster route to profitability. Crucially, all our resourcers are of the same level that one would expect from any high-calibre graduate scheme at the very best UK-based employers.
