Kedo Partners are looking for hands-on recruiters with the drive and determination to reap the rewards from the cost savings and structural support that our unique shared services centre provide. Initially there will be five openings, for individuals or teams, during 2010, with a further five to follow next year.
What do I need to be considered?
You should have an extensive network within vertical markets and currently billing at least £300,000 a year.
What do Kedo Partners provide?
We will give you full management support, expertise, guidance and training as we help you set up your own business. We're not interested in the length of time you have spent in recruitment, just your desire.
How will my business operate?
From day one, your business will run as an autonomous unit, though as a new business owner you may find you sometimes need advice or assistance. But, as Kedo Partners is run by recruitment professionals with unrivalled industry expertise, you'll be able to tap into a network of advisors that can help address virtually any business issue. In short, you may be a budding entrepreneur, but we won't leave you out on a limb when you need help.
What about the rewards?
As well as basic salary and commission, you'll also have equity options of 40% (up to 20% as an initial consideration and further target related share options of an additional 20%). It's a genuine wealth building opportunity and the basic salary and commission is negotiable, however the higher the basic salary and commission scheme the lower the equity and the higher the share option ratio.
